The cylinder of the rotary kiln is rolled from a thick steel plate. The inside of the cylinder is lined with refractory material. The calcining zone of the high-temperature rotary kiln also needs to increase the insulating refractory material. The feed end of the rotary kiln is the kiln tail, and the discharge end is the kiln head. The kiln is provided with a feeding pipe, the kiln head is provided with a burner to supply heat, and the fuel of the rotary kiln is heavy oil, coal powder or gas.

Rotary kiln is very common in the refractory industry. Common uses include calcined clay, high alumina bauxite, magnesia, high iron sand, magnesia chrome sand, magnesium aluminum spinel, dolomite and activated lime.

Rotary kiln for calcining high alumina bauxite block, the main kiln type is 2.5m × 50 (60) m, followed by 1.6m / 1.9m × 39m, and 3.3m / 4.0m × 69m, 3.0m × 80m, 3.0 m × 88m. The output of these rotary kiln is 30,000-50,000 t/a, and the maximum daily output can reach 500t.

Recommended by LITE The calcined belt is lined with corundum mullite bricks, and the outer layer islight mullite brick. The top of the preheater is made of hanging bricks, and the rest is made of refractory castable. The brick type is small and the masonry is simple.
