RH is a kind of molten steel refining equipment, which is used to produce low carbon steel, low nitrogen and low hydrogen. Magnesium chrome brick for lower part of vacuum chamber;The inner part of the dip tube is made of magnesia chrome brick and the outer part is made of alumina magnesium spinel.The upper part of the vacuum chamber is also made of common magnesite-chrome brick.
The RH impregnated pipe is cast into a whole by castings of magnesium aluminum spinel and magnesium zirconium, with repair methods of overcasting and patching.
Repair and maintenance by spraying RH impregnated tube and vacuum chamber with magnesium, magnesium chrome spray.
