One of our company values is to be a learning organization. In order to do this, we must be both students and service providers of kiln engineering. That's why we created the Henan University of Technology Research Organization, a unique hands-on experience dedicated to providing our customers with the latest information on the kiln equipment industry. With our continuous development, our company will continue to introduce college students to the company for internships and to discuss the overall solution of refractory materials.

Join Henan University of Technology Institute and other industry professionals on this one-year program that includes training seminars and hands-on practice in real units. Our classroom space is limited, so our staff have many opportunities to spend one-on-one with refractory professors who have an average of 30+ years of industry refractory research experience.
Can't make it to the factory or are interested in our school-enterprise research institute? No problem! We provide customized services to meet your needs. If you are unable to visit our factory in person, we also provide virtual factory surveys and create custom inspection procedures for customer needs.
