Energy Battery Tunnel Kiln

Core Function

Purpose-built for sintering positive and negative electrode materials of lithium/sodium batteries — ternary materials, lithium iron phosphate, hard carbon, and more. It provides precise temperature control from 100℃–1450℃ with inert atmosphere protection (nitrogen/argon).

Result: optimized crystal structure, impurity removal, and stabilized performance — supporting higher energy density and longer cycle life for new energy batteries.

Independently developed alkali-resistant and oxidation-resistant mold materials withstand corrosion from volatile media released during sintering, reducing equipment maintenance costs by ¥200,000/year.

The furnace body is designed for disassembly, with key components replaceable individually. Combined with the M-APP cloud control system, it supports remote monitoring and fault early warning, cutting maintenance downtime by 50%.
