Achieves integrated drying and firing of building bricks — shale bricks, fly ash bricks, concrete blocks, and more — completing moisture evaporation, organic matter combustion, and mineral sintering in one continuous process.
Result: bricks with guaranteed strength, durability, and dimensional stability. A single kiln can produce up to 80 million standard bricks per year, offering an energy-saving, environmentally friendly alternative to traditional rotary kilns.

An innovative "kiln-moving, brick-static" mobile design eliminates traditional kiln cars, cutting fan power consumption by 50% and bringing unit product energy consumption down to 240–340 kcal/kg brick — far below traditional rotary kilns.

Cross-sectional temperature difference is controlled within ±5℃. Combined with negative-pressure dehumidification technology, it avoids brick cracking, underfiring, and overfiring, delivering a stable yield above 95%.

A dual-alkali desulfurization process keeps SO₂ emissions below 50mg/m³. The kiln can incorporate 30% fly ash and other industrial solid waste as raw material, consuming up to 100,000 tons of solid waste per line annually and reducing clay mining and pollution.
