Ceramic Tunnel Kiln
Core Function
Handles bisque firing and glaze firing for daily-use ceramics, building ceramics, sanitary ware, and more — completing dehydration, oxidation decomposition, sintering, and body solidification, along with glaze melting.
Operating across 1200℃–1400℃, it supports both oxidizing and reducing atmospheres, making it the core equipment for large-scale ceramic production.
Core Advantages
01. Highly Efficient, Stable Production Capacity
A wide-body, large-section design delivers up to 100,000 m² of tiles per kiln daily. Continuous operation shortens the production cycle to under 20 hours, increasing capacity by 50–100% compared to traditional intermittent kilns.
02. Superior Product Quality
A DHR waste heat recovery system and SPR combustion air heating system keep kiln temperature difference within ≤±3.5℃, reducing deformation, color difference, and pinhole defects and achieving a yield above 98%.
03. High Degree of Automation
Integrated DCS distributed control and an MCG mobile messaging system fully automate firing curve adjustment and kiln car entry/exit, cutting labor costs by 60%.
04. Strong Adaptability
Compatible with daily-use ceramics, art ceramics, electrical ceramics, and more, supporting multiple firing methods including open flame and indirect flame to meet varied ceramic process requirements.
