Mullite bricks for hot air ducts are aluminum-silicon refractory products with mullite as the main crystal phase. They are made of mullite as the main raw material, and are added with refractory clay, kaolin, zircon sand and additives. They are mixed, formed, dried and fired at high temperature to form mullite refractory bricks.

The grades of mullite bricks used in different areas are different.
In order to achieve better use effect, when hot air ducts are built with tough mullite bricks, combined bricks are used to pre-build the membrane. When building the lining, use suitable refractory mud with mullite bricks. Different parts should use corresponding grades of mullite refractory bricks, and mixed use is prohibited. Mullite bricks with unqualified appearance and size are prohibited from use.
