How to use refractory cement？

2. When using refractory cement, if you use refractory cement alone at high temperatures, it is easy to crack. Refractory cement can be widely used in refractory raw materials, such as corundum, calcined high-alumina bauxite, etc., to make a refractory mortar or concrete for cement rotary kilns and other industrial kilns as linings.

3. Many people confuse refractory cement with refractory clay, or mix refractory cement with refractory clay, so that the use value of refractory cement will be greatly reduced. This is equivalent to "using cement and loess together, which will cause the solidification strength and grade of refractory cement to be much lower. In this way, when the furnace refractory material is completed and air-dried, it will fall off with your hand. Its strength is very low and the service life is also very short. It is recommended not to use refractory cement in this way.
