Casables are amorphous refractory materials in bags, and the binder is packaged in small bags and placed on the top of each bag of material.
II. Storage
Casables are prohibited from being mixed with water and debris during transportation and storage, and must be stored in a dry warehouse.
III. Brief description of construction
1. When using, take out the binder in each small bag of materials, open it and pour it into the mixer together with the castable, and dry mix it for 2-3 minutes. When stirring, try to make the castable and binder fully mixed and evenly mixed. After uniformity, add water according to the specified amount of water.
2. Water: Clean water must be used, and the amount of water added is 7% (the amount of water added will vary depending on the type of castable). Water can be added reasonably according to the on-site construction master for easy construction.
3. Mixing: A forced mixer must be used, and all mixing tools must be clean. Stir for 3 minutes after adding water, and the material can be unloaded for use after it is completely uniform.
